A Little Intro

Before we get started I should probably tell you a little bit about what we're doing exactly... We are going to start our own exciting lives! We are going to quit vegetating in front of the TV and start exploring this extraordinary world we live in! We are going to meet new people, do new things, and most importantly: we are going to have an adventure!
Now how are we going to do this you ask? Well I'll tell you, we will do so through the infallible Constitution for an Exciting Life! Oh, did I say infallible? I meant completely untested and highly likely to explode. But isn't that the definition of an adventure? It's no fun to explore with safety nets!
Now, Excitement is merely four steps away, my friend...

Step 1: Obligation
The first and most important step in securing your voyage through the thrilling unknown, the Obligation Step, or the "Big O" can also be the hardest. Now I speak not from experience, but from philosophy. I will be journeying with you; tackling the steps at the same time you are. Together we must make sure we will follow through on our commitment to excitement. We need something to be there to encourage, or force, us to keep going no matter how foreboding the task ahead may seem. But as a certain little engine said, "I [or rather we] can do it!"

Step 2: Exploration
After you've overcome the first hurdle, it's time to begin enjoying your adventure. Although it may seem tempting to run headlong into the excitement, a little research before is key. What do you want to do? Do you want to sky dive and climb Mt. Everest? Or do you want to simply learn to rollerblade? And what  do you have to work with? What kind of adventures are available for you? Do want to accomplish a certain set of "adventurous tasks?" You get the chance to figure that all out in the Exploration Step.

Step 3: Initiation
You've made the commitment, you've done all the research, now it's about to get exciting in here! It's finally time for your first thrilling adventure. I don't know what you've chosen, only you do. So go do it! Just remember, adventures do come with risks. Don't get discouraged if you don't get it right the first time. Life is messy man, you've just got to learn how to swim around the oil spill.

Step 4: Adventure-ation
If you've made it this far, kudos to you. Now you get to reap the rewards of an exciting life!!!

Now that you've got the jist of it, are you up for the challenge?
I know I am!
Starting tomorrow, I will become the first CFAELer. (That's short for Constitution for an Exciting Life-er. Catchy, eh?)
